Afri ski - Lesotho

Last weekend we crossed the border for a day of skiing. Was a crazy place - 3200m, with man made snow. Was pretty damn icey and I managed to showcase my lack of snowborading ability! Have the bumps and bruises to prove it! The drive into the mountainous Lesotho was spectacular - definately have to go there for more than a day next time!!

12 of us went down and we hired a chalet in Clarens, in the Drakensburg. Beautiful!

Bit of a random assortment of shots from my week with Mel. Had a great time. We went to Dhon Veli and stayed in an ocean villa. Quite hard to go to sleep when the waves are actually underneath you..damn cool! Also had my first dive which was excellent! Turtles, rays, eels, sharks..fishy with big eyes..good fun!

On my last day I went out to another resort and then took a boat to a more remote island. Was paradise!!

Mel has definitely got it sussed...no wonder she is staying there as long as possible!!
